Cancellation | Exchange | Returns | Refund Policy

We have a customer friendly policy.

Applicable for all Domestic Orders.

Cancellation Policy :

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount .
  3. If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In case there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us and the reverse shipping charges will not be borne by us .We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at utpaladesigns@gmail.com
  4. In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 7 days) we would be only able to give you a credit note and no refund would be made.

Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please email us at the complete parcel opening video on utpaladesigns@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
  2. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
  3. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.


Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized for you

Exchange Policy:

  1. Exchanges are accepted on receiving a damaged product or on receiving a wrong product. 
  2. You can then ship the product back to us within a weeks time. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
  3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to
    it
  4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.
  5. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
    product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount
    of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order
    and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  6. If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the
    balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for
    the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.

 Refund Policy:

  1. We would give a store credit to the worth of your purchase valid for 30 days, instead of a refund. The store credit can be utilised to purchase any product worth the same amount. If you purchase an product which of a higher value, the difference amount has to be credited. Store credit is not applicable to product worth lower that the value of purchase.
