Domestic Shipping:

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping
• COD orders: ₹100 flat rate
• Dispatch: Within 24 hours (excluding holidays)
• Delivery: 4-6 working days (subject to courier operations)
• Address modifications: Email us within 2-3 hours of ordering
• All prices include GST

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! For details, email us at utpaladesigns@gmail.com.

Cancellation:

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund (if not shipped).
• For defects after receiving the product, email a snapshot to utpaladesigns@gmail.com. Reverse shipping charges apply.
• Returns beyond 7 days eligible for a credit note only.

Returns:

• For damaged packaging or defective/wrong products, email a parcel opening video with your Order ID.
• Return with intact tags and original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Customized products, sarees with fall/edging, or physically damaged items.

Exchanges:

• Accepted for damaged or wrong products within 7 days.
• Replacement shipped in 5-7 days (subject to stock). Out-of-stock items get a 30-day credit note.
• Exchanges not valid for customized products or sarees with fall/edging.

Refunds:

• Store credit valid for 30 days issued instead of refunds. Use it for future purchases.
